    Container positioning device and positioning machine that carries it. It is usable with container with neck and mouth. It comprises a funnel (4) whose edges are formed by: A first curved and fixed plate (5) whose central area is oriented towards the interior of the funnel (4). A second plate (6), opposite to the previous one and movable in horizontal direction, and having an upper section (61), with a retractable guide (11). The upper section (61) is movable with respect to a lower section (62), between: A first end in which is aligned with the lower section (62) or closer to the first plate (5) than the lower section (62); and A second end in which the upper section (61) is farthest from the first plate (5); A third plate (9), flat and mobile in a direction perpendicular to the hole (1).
